Arizona Republicans have introduced 19 bills in the legislature to make it harder for Arizonans to vote. It's a crisis. But the good news is that the For The People Act would stop these attacks on our democracy in their tracks. The bill is massively popular: 67% of all Americans support these important reforms to remake our democracy for the people, including 56% of Republicans and 68% of Independents. The problem is that Mitch McConnell has already said he will filibuster its passage.
The only way that the For the People Act becomes law is if senators like Senator Sinema make the choice to stand up for Arizonans and fight back against McConnell's Jim Crow filibuster. The only question now is: will she?
Record a video demanding her to support the For the People Act and eliminating the filibuster to get it done.
